Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Securely place your jewelry in its original branded box and include all certificates of authenticity to ensure the package is eligible for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RA number.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
